2015: Competed in two meets before an injury ended her season...earned a medical redshirt...before injury won the Dragon Twilight meet (9/11/15) with a 4K time of 13:48.1...also finished a strong sixth at Roy Griak Invite...part of women's squad that was named as an All-Academic team by the USTFCCCA after posting a 3.71 GPA...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for fall season.

2014: Was the team's top runner for a second straight year...had two event wins and finished in the top seven at every meet...earned All-NSIC First Team honors after finishing second at the NSIC Championships (11/8/14) with a 6K time of 21:25.3...finished seventh at the Central Region meet (11/22/14), narrowly missing out on a trip to nationals, with a 6K time of 21:45.2...won the Jimmie Invitational (10/10/14) with a time of 17:40.0...won the Randy Smith Invitational (9/12/14) with a time of 17:19.5...had a strong fourth-place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/27/14) with a time of 22:25.1...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team for second straight year.

2013: Established herself as the team's top runner throughout the season...earned All-NSIC first-team honors after finishing eighth at NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/26/13)...finished solid 13th at NCAA Central Region meet (11/9/13)...won the individual title at the Jimmie Invitational (10/11/13)...placed third at the Randy Smith Invitational (9/13/13), running a season-best 5K time of 18:05...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for fall season.

2012: Cross Country: Earned All-NSIC second-team honors after finishing 13th at the conference meet...finished 1st at the Jamestown Invitational with a time of 18:52 to earn first win of collegiate career....finished 15th out of 413 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 23:03.0...finished 28th at the NCAA DII Central Region Championships with a personal best time of 22:13.6.

Prep: 11-time conference champ...holds four school track records...three-time state participant...finished third in the two-mile at state track meet and fourth in the mile...also had two top seven finishes as a junior.
