2017: Earned All-American Honors at his third straight national appearance… named MSUM's Most Valuable Runner...earned all-region honors with a fifth place finish at the Central Region championship...finished all-conference at the NSIC Championship with a fourth place finish…won the Jimmie Invitational…recorded a top 10 finish at the Griak… USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree… named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team for the second straight year.

2016: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for third straight year; team finished 21st at national meet...earned All-NSIC first-team honors after placing 5th at conference meet with time of 24:34...earned all-region honors after placing 15th at Central Region meet...finished second twice at both the Dragon Twilight and the Jimmie Invite...finished the season with a 79th place finish at the NCAA Championships, with a time of 32:03.07...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team.

2015: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for second straight year...team finished 21st at D2 national championships..earned all-region honors after finishing 25th at Central Region meet (11/7/15) with a 10K time of 31:27.6..earned All-NSIC First Team honors after finishing eighth at conference meet (10/24/15) with an 8K time of 26:34.4...finished with four top 10 finishes overall...was second at Dragon Twilight (9/11/15) with a 6K time of 19:05.9...also fourth at Jimmie Invitational (10/9/15) with an 8K time of 25:58...named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2014: Redshirted during cross country season.

Prep: Part of Moorhead HS team that placed second at Class AA state meet in 2010...cross country MVP...team captain in both track and field and cross country....lettered five times in both sports.
