2016: Contributed in hammer and weight throw events...won the Vance Butler Invitational (4/3/16) in the hammer throw with a distance of 176-4…won the Ron Masanz Classic (5/7/16) in the hammer throw with a distance of 162-0...finished seventh in weight throw at NSIC Indoor Championships.

2015: Contributed in the throwing events...had three top five finishes during the year...had a season-best finish of fourth in the hammer throw at the Al Cassell Relays (4/25/15) with a toss of 138-6...was fifth in the javelin throw at the NSU Open (4/11/15) with a toss of 111-9.

2014: Finished sixth in the javelin throw at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/14) with a toss of 117-7, just missing a personal best...finished fifth at the event at the NSU Open (4/18/14)...finished third in the high jump at the Thundering Herd Classic (indoors) with a height of 4-8 1/4.

Prep: State participant in the 100 meters as a senior...part of Rapid City Central team that was third in Class AA last year...versatile athlete who competed in 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, high jump and long jump in high school...five-year letterwinner in track and field and also lettered in basketball.
