2018: Named Most Improved Runner on team...finished 21st at NSIC Preview...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.
2017: A Dragon top five runner… competed in all five races… ran to a personal best of 24:27 in the 6k at the conference meet…named MSUM's Most Improved Runner...named to the NSIC Fall All-Academic team.
2016: Had a season-best 45th-place finish at the Jimmie Invite with a time of 22:58...also competed at the Dragon Twilight and NSIC Championship meets.
Prep: Named Leader of the Pack as a senior…named Most Valuable Runner as a junior…five-year letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Katrina and William Welder...biology major...born Sept. 29, 1997.
