2018: Part of 4x400 relay that finished fourth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/12/18)...finished second in 800 at Masanz Classic...had three wins indoors, including at UND Tuneup (800), Bison Open (1,000) and Cobber Open (800)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2017: Member of the winning DMR at the Drake Relays... set a new school record in the outdoor DMR with a time of 11:56.68… recorded a sixth place finish in the 1000m at the Indoor NSIC Championships...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2016: Part of 4x400 relay that finished sixth at NSIC Outdoor Championships...finished second in the 800m at the Ron Masanz Classic with a time of 2:18.84...also finished 2nd in the 800m at the Al Bortke Open (4/9/16) with a time of 2:26.09.

Prep: School record holder in 1,600 meters and 800 meters for Bagley/Fosston program...all-state in cross country as a senior...also earned all-state honors in track...finished fifth in 1,600 meters and ninth in 800 meters at Class A state meet in 2015...five-time cross country MVP...two-time team captain.
