Note: Also a member of MSUM men's cross country team.
2016: Finished third at the Lyle Hokanson Classic (4/22-4/23/16) in the 3,000 steeple with a time of 10:20.97…set a season-best in the 3,000m steeple at the Conference meet (5/13-5/14/16) as he finished in 9:42.08.
2015: Provided depth in distance events...finished eighth in 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:34.62) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15)...won the mile at Thundering Herd Classic (2/7/15) with time of 4:34.04...also won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at NSU Open (4/11/15) with a time of 10:31.59.
2014: Competed during outdoor season...was part of 4x400 relay that finished second at Al Cassell Relays (4/26/14) with a time of 3:41.90...also finished fifth in the 800 meters at that meet (2:07.13)...finished fourth in the 800 meters at NSU Open (outdoors) with a time of 2:12.23...redshirted during indoor season.
Prep: Eight-time school record holder...seven-time LCCA All-Star...six-time Section V champ...two-time state representative....competed at New Balance Outdoor Nationals at 4x800.
Personal: Son of Bob and Melanie Selbig...environmental science major...born Dec. 13, 1994.
