2017: Provided depth in the sprinting events…competed in the 60M, 100M, 200M, and Javelin… member of the seventh place 4X1 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2016: Part of the 4x100 team that finished second at the Al Cassell Relays (4/30/16) with a time of 4:22.60…capped off the season with a 21st place finish at the conference meet in the 100m with a time of 13.11… Named to NSIC All-Academic Team for spring season.

2015: Made impact in sprints...part of 4x100 relay that finished sixth in NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) in 48.03...won the 200 meters at the Masanz Classic (5/2/15) in 26.19...also part of two 4x100 relay teams outdoors...won the 100 meters at Washington University Invitational (3/28/15) in 12.80...part of 4x200 relay team that finished second at Cobber Duals indoors (1/31/15) in 1:47.10.

Prep: Named 2014 Park Rapids Area Female Student Athlete of the Year...second all-time leading point scorer for Park Rapids Lady Panther track and field team...team captain...anchor leg of 4x100 relay that set school record in 2014...in 2013 finished sixth in the state in 100 meter dash...anchor leg of 4x100 relay that finished seventh in the state...four-time state participant...six-year letterwinner...also lettered in hockey and volleyball.
