2021: Competed in five meets, including the NSIC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Central Region Meet...finished 13th at Jimmie Invitational.
2020: Season cancelled because of Covid-19 pandemic.
2019: Competed in all five meets, including region and conference meets...finished season-best seventh at Wildcat Invite (9/27/19)...finished 38th at NSIC Championship (10/26/19).
2018: Competed at Dragon Twilight meet.
2017: Had a breakout second half of his freshman year finishing as the Dragons fourth man at the NSIC and NCAA Regional Championships… personal best in the 8k at the conference meet of 26:17...named MSUM's Newcomer of the Year.
Prep: Two-time cross country all-conference selection…personal best times of 9:53 in 3,200 and 16:31 at 5,000m…team captain in both cross country and track...finished seventh in 1,600 at ND State meet in 2017.
