2025: All-NSIC North First Team...made a team-high 92 tackles in 2025, including 52 solo takedowns...logged eight tackles for loss and had a sack during the season...was also exceptional in pass coverage, tallying an interception and two pass breakups...had four games with 10 or more tackles including 14 against Northern Michigan on August 28...made 11 total tackles, including 10 solo stops on October 4 against UMary...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner...CSC Academic All-District selection.

2024: Played in nine games for the Dragons at linebacker, making 43 total tackles with 19 solo stops...had 1.5 tackles for loss during the season totaling seven yards...had an interception against McKendree on September 21...also had a quarterback hurry, a forced fumble and a blocked kick during the year...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District. 

2023: Played in all 11 games for the Dragons, making 71 total tackles with 41 being solo stops...had 5.5 tackles for loss including two sacks during the season...also had two interceptions and a punt block touchdown...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.

2022: Played in four games, making one solo tackle against Concordia-St. Paul.

Prep: All-state in football during senior year…played safety in football…part of state championship team in 2021…two-year letterwinner…also lettered in baseball.

Personal: Son of Carlene and Todd Gustafson...undecided major.
