XC: Competed in five meets for the Dragons, marking new personal bests in both the 5k and 6k...ran a 19:41.6 at the Dragon Twilight for her new 5k personal best...turned in a 23:22.5 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships for the 6k personal record...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets, marking fresh personal bests in the mile (5:17.36) and the 1000m run (3:00.71)...her 1000m time was clocked at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships and is the eighth-fastest time in program history...finished seventh in the 1000m finals at the conference meet as well...placed third in the 1000m at the UND Open with a time of 3:05.97...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner.
Outdoor: Ran in five meets for the Dragons, primarily competing in the 800m and 1500m...set personal bests in both events during the season, marking a 2:23.09 in the 800m at the USD Early Bird...registered her 1500m personal best at the NDSU Spring Classic, clocking a 4:53.63 for an eighth-place finish...placed third in the 1500m at the Bison Open behind a time of 4:58.81...competed in the 1500m and the 4x400m relay at the conference championships...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2023-24
XC: Ran in four races, setting a new personal-best in the 6k at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:00.6...top finish came at the Dragon Twilight where she placed 19th with a 4k time of 15:13...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Competed at three meets during the indoor season...set an indoor personal-best in the mile run at the Bison Team Cup with a mark of 5:43.43, placing sixth overall...also set a personal-best in the 3000m run at the Bison Open with a time of 11:15.88...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for MSUM, setting a pair of personal bests during the season...clocked a 19:15.72 in the 500m at the USD Early Bird to register a new best...clocked a 4:55.98 in the 1500m at the Dewey Donat Classic to finish fourth overall...placed second in the 1500m at both the UMary Classic and the NDSU Tune-Up...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 


2022-23
XC: Set a personal-best 5k time of 21:08.1 at the Mystic-Marauder Invite (10/21/22)...clocked her best 6k time of the season at the NCAA Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:23.2.
Indoor: Set two personal records at the Mike Thorson Open (1/14/23), checking in a 3:35.50 in the 1000m and a 5:55.78 in the mile run...also had a season-best time of 11:35.19 in the 3000m at the Bison Open.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, clocking a career-best time of 41:50.69 in the 10,000m run at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...set a personal-best 5000m time of 19:39.01 at the Al Bortke Open...finished third in the 5000m run at the NDSU Tune-Up with a time of 19:53.54...set career-bests in the 800m (2:39.62) and the 1500m (5:11.20) at the Ron Masanz Classic. 

Prep: Three sport athlete for Albany Senior High School in basketball, cross country, and track & field...Basketball captain...all-conference in basketball, cross country, and track & field...State Champion in basketball in 2021...Academic letter winner...Personal best 5K time of 20:07.
