XC: USTFCCCA All-Central Region...All-NSIC First Team following a runner-up finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships, registering a personal best 8k time of 24:06.4...the 8k mark is the third-fastest in program history...also set a new personal best in the 10k at the NCAA Central Region Championships, earning All-Region honors with a 23rd place finish behind a time of 31:21.6...the 10k time is now the seventh-fastest in school history...finished fifth in the Dragon Twilight 6k with a personal best time of 17:59.4...won the Jimmie Invitational 8k with a mark of 25:16.3...was named NSIC Cross Country Athlete of the Week on two occasions on September 17 and October 8. 

2023-24
XC: All-NSIC First Team following a seventh place finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships, setting a new 8k personal-best of 24:43.3 in the process...the time is now the 13th-fastest 8k in MSUM history...had three top ten finishes throughout the year, led by a fourth place finish at the Dragon Twilight with a 6k time of 18:17, a new personal-best...also reset his 10k personal-best at the NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 32:09.4, which is the 17th-fastest time in school history. 
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season...All-NSIC performer in the 3000m following a runner-up finish and a personal-best time of 8:30.80 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, the fifth-fastest time in school history...was also a member of MSUM's All-NSIC DMR team that finished runner-up at the conference meet...won the 3000m run at the Bison Team Cup with a time of 8:48.56...finished third in the 1000m run at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 2:37.84...also finished 10th in the mile run at the conference championships with a time of 4:21.75.
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the 3000m steeplechase...competed in the steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing 17th overall with a time of 9:48.12...NSIC champion in the steeplechase following a runaway win at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, clocking a winning time of 9:20.93...reset his own 3000m steeplechase school record at the Bryan Clay Invitational with an incredible mark of 8:55.93...won the steeplechase at the USD Early Bird with a mark of 9:14.55...placed 10th in the steeplechase at the Drake Relays...set a new personal best in the 5000m at the conference championships, marking a 14:53.98 to place fifth, which is now the 10th-fastest time in school history. 

2022-23
XC: Set a new 6k personal-best at the Dragon Twilight with a time of 18:49.5 to finish 14th...also reset his career-best in the 8k with a 26:49.3 at the Griak Invitational.
Indoor: Clocked a season-best time of 2:31.73 in 1000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships...had a top mile time of 4:20.33 set at the SDSU Indoor Classic...was a member of MSUM's conference championship distance medley relay team that reset the NSIC and MSUM record in the event.
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Central Region (3000m steeplechase)...All-NSIC performer in the 3000m steeplechase with a third place finish at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 9:20.85...finished 11th in the 5000m at the conference meet with a personal-best time of 15:02.45...ran a season-best 3000m steeplechase time of 9:01.65 at the Drake Relays. 

2021: Competed in five meets, including the NSIC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Central Region Meet…named to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2020: Fall season cancelled because of Covid-19.

2019: Sat out as a redshirt.

Prep: State qualifier in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200…Medaled in the 1600m at 2019 State Championship…three-time all-conference in track and field…Most Valuable Distance runner…six-year letter winner in track and field…best times of 1:59.25 at 800m, 4:31.45 at 1600m and 9:55.63 for 3200m.
