Biography

Prep: Offers up top times of 5:59 in the  5k, 9:35 3200m and 4:29 1600m...was a team captain for Champlin Park's cross country team as a senior...was a two time all-conference cross country runner at Champlin Park...also earned all-conference in track & field in the 3200m...also competed in nordic ski where he was a two-year team captain and an all-conference performer. 

Personal: Son of Abby and Joel Frazer. Majoring in engineering physics.
