2015: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for second straight year...team finished 21st at D2 national championships...earned all-region honors with 17th-place finish at Central Region meet with a 10K time of 31:10.81...finished 17th at NSIC Championships to earn all-conference second team honors...had two top three finishes on the season, including winning the Dragon Twilight meet (9/11/15) with a 6K time of 19:00.2...finished third at Jimmie Invitational (10/9/15) with 8K time of 25:56.6.

2014: Enjoyed a breakout season...helped Dragon men to national meet for first time since 1992...finished 29th at the Central Region meet with a 10K time of 32:39.3...won the Mike Thorson Invitational (10/24/14) with an 8K time of 26:24...finished second at Jimmie Invitational at 25.444 (10/10/14)...finished 15th at NSIC Championships to earn second-team all-conference honors...finisehd third at the Randy Smith Invitational with an 8K time of 25:14.

2013: Competed in all six meets...finished a solid fourth at Jimmie Invitational (10/11/13)...placed 10th at Randy Smith Invitational (9/13/13)...finished 29th at NSIC Cross Country Championships.

Prep: Two-time all-state selection...three-time all-conference and all-section selection...two-time MVP in cross country...part of two team state championships and two state runner-up teams...part of national championship team (small school division) in 2012...track team captain in 2012.
