2016: Competed in four meets...had a season-best finish of 11th at the Jimmie Invite with a time of 26:42...also finished 20th at Dragon Twilight.
2015: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for second straight year...team finished 21st at D2 national championships...competed in all six meets...had a season-best ninth-place finish at Dragon Twilight (9/11/15) with a 6K time of 19:46.9...ran season-best 8K time of 28:27.6 at NSIC Championships (10/24/15).
2014: Helped Dragon men to national meet for first time since 1992...had top 20 finishes at the Mike Thorson Invitational (19th on 10/24/14) and at the Jimmie Invitational (16th on 10/10/14)...ran a 10K time of 35:28 at Central Region meet.
2013: Competed in two events.
Prep: Eight-time school record holder...seven-time LCCA All-Star...six-time Section V champ...two-time state representative....competed at New Balance Outdoor Nationals at 4x800.
