2012-13: Cross Country: Finished 1st at the Jamestown Invitational with a time of 26:18…finished 3rd at the SDSU Classic with a time of 25:32.31…finished 29th at the NCAA DII Central Region Championships with a time of 31:08.0...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2011-12: Cross Country: Placed 9th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships to earn a spot on the All-NSIC First Team.

2010-11: Member of 2011 NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship team...ran the 1600m leg of the distance medley relay team that won at the NSIC Indoor Championships and also placed 2nd in the 1000m earning him All-NSIC honors for both events...his time of 1:53.89 was a provisional qualifier for the NCAA II Indoor Championships...placed 14th at the NSIC cross country Championships earning him 2nd team All-NSIC honors.

2009-10: Placed 7th in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships and also ran the 1500m during the outdoor season...finished 3rd in the 1000m at the NSIC Indoor Championships earning him All-NSIC honors...was a member of the 3rd place finishing distance medley relay team at the NSIC Indoor meet running the 1200m leg...placed 37th at the NSIC cross country Championships.
High School: Runner-up finisher (16:14) at the Class A Minnesota State X-Country Championships senior year...placed 2nd in both the 1600m and 800m at the Class A Minnesota State Track Championships...school record holder in the 800 (1:57.5), 1600 (4:21.03), and 3200m (9:54).

Personal: Son of Tim and Carmella Foster...Exercise Science major.
