2024-25
XC: Competed in five meets for the Dragons with personal bests in both the 6k and 8k runs during the year...placed 11th in the Dragon Twilight 6k behind a time of 18:26.4...registered a new 8k personal best at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a 25:12.3 finishing mark, a time that is now top-25 in program history...finished 16th in the Jimmie Invitational 8k with a time of 26:44.3. 
Indoor: All-NSIC in the 800m after finishing third in the event at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, marking a time of 1:53.98, the fifth-fastest in program history...was also a member of MSUM's All-NSIC distance medley relay team, anchoring the race and helping the Dragons to a 10:11.42 time and runner-up marks...had a top mile time of 4:18.29 at the UND Open, placing eighth...earned third-place finishes in the 800m at the Bison Team Cup and the Bison Open...NSIC All-Academic Team. 
Outdoor: Ran in six meets for the Dragons across a variety of middle distance events...placed sixth in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a finishing time of 1:54.13...set a new personal best in the 800m at the USD Early Bird, marking a time of 1:51.52, which is tied for the fourth-fastest in program history...the effort also earned him third-place marks at the meet...won the 800m at the Gary Wilson Invitational with a time of 1:51.94...placed second in the 1500m at the Bison Open behind a time of 4:03.54...also set a new personal best in the 400m at the NDSU Spring Classic, clocking a 50.20 to place ninth overall....competed on MSUM's 4x400m relay team at the conference meet as well...NSIC All-Academic Team. 

2023-24
XC: Did not compete. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season...was an All-NSIC competitor in the 1000m run, finishing third overall at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best time of 2:30.60...was also a member of MSUM's All-NSIC DMR team at the conference meet...competed with the MSUM 4x400m relay team that finished third overall at the conference championships...set a new personal-best in the mile run at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 4:16.22...finished runner-up in the 1000m run at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 2:32.86. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons, earning a trio of personal bests throughout the season...registered a new personal best in the 800m at the UMary Classic, running a 1:54.33 to win the race...set a new 400m best at the NDSU Tune-Up, marking a 50.70 to place sixth...finished fifth in the 1500m run at the NSIC  Outdoor Track & Field Championships behind a personal best 3:50.11, which is the eight-fastest in school history...finished in sixth place in the 800m at the conference championships after winning the preliminary heats in the event...won the 1500m run at the Dewey Donat Classic with a time of 3:57.74.

2022-23
XC: Had a top 6k time of 19:29.9 at the Dragon Twilight...placed 15th at the Jimmie Invitational with a personal-best 8k time of 26:49.1...set a career-best 10k time of 32:08.4 at the NCAA Central Region Cross Country Championships.
Indoor: Won the 3000m run at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 8:56.77...had a season-best 3000m time of 8:51.86 at the SDSU Indoor Classic...helped MSUM to a win in the 4x400m relay at the Mike Thorson Open where he also ran a career-best mile time of 4:37.87...ran a 2:31.24 in the 1000m to set a new career mark at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor: Competed in four events, finishing 13th in the 3000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best time of 9:51.14...won the 800m run at the Al Bortke Open with a personal-best time of 1:56.0

Prep: All-state in cross country, finishing 22^nd at state in 2021…state qualifier in track and field in 4x800 year (ninth) and 800m (seventh at state)…team captain…five-year letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in track and field. 2022 MSHSL State Championship Qualifier in the 800m and 4x800m Relay…Personal best times of 1:57.41 for 800m and 4:32.40 for 1600m.
