Indoor: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team. 
Outdoor: Did not compete…NSIC All-Academic Team

2023-24
XC:
All-NSIC First Team after a runner-up finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships, clocking an 8k time of 24:30.4, which became a personal-best and is the seventh-fastest 8k run in MSUM history...was named the NSIC Newcomer of the Year for cross country, becoming the first person in conference history to win cross country, indoor (2022-23) and outdoor (2022-23) Newcomer of the Year...set a new 10k personal-best at the NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 31:43.2, the 11th-fastest time in school history...had three top ten finishes, headlined by a winning run at the Dragon Twilight with a meet record mark of 17:42.2.
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for MSUM while trying to rehab a lower body injury...All-NSIC performer in the 1500m, placing third with a finals time of 3:49.36...also finished fourth in the 800m at the conference championships with a time of 1:54.14...placed fourth in the 800m at the USD Early Bird with a time of 1:53.69, his season best in the 800m. 

2022-23
Indoor:
Was named the NSIC's Newcomer of the Year and All-NSIC distinction for the indoor season following a pair of conference championships in the 1000m and the distance medley relay...reset MSUM's 800m school record (1:50.95) on February 11 at the Minnesota State Massive Meet, a mark that was set by teammate Braxton Bruer earlier in the season...finished ninth in the preliminary heat of the 800m at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships to earn Second Team All-America distinction...USTFCCCA All-Region selection.
Outdoor: Named MSUM's Male Athlete of the Year...First Team All-America in the 1500m after a third place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 3:54.20, which was only .22 seconds off of the national championship mark...Named the NSIC's outdoor Track Athlete and Newcomer of the Year, becoming just the second man in NSIC history to simultaneously win both awards...USTFCCCA All-Region selection in both the 800m and 1500m runs...was the NSIC champion (and All-NSIC) in the 800m with an NSIC record time of 1:50.11...was also the NSIC champion (All-NSIC) in the 1500m run with another NSIC record time of 3:43.63...set the MSUM school record in the outdoor 1500m run with a mark of 3:43.51 at the Bryan Clay Invitational...set a new personal-best in the 800m with a time of 1:49.70 at the USD Early Bird to win the event...collected a pair of event wins in the 800m and 1500m at the Ron Masanz Classic.

Prep: All-state in track and field as part of the 4x800 relay…two-time all-conference in track…two-time team MVP for cross country… personal best 5K time of 15:51.7…team captain…four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track and field. 2022 MSHSL State Champion in the 800m and 4x800m…Lake Conference Champion in the 1,600m and 800m…Personal best times of 1:54.22 for 800m, 4:19.64 for 1600m, and 9:53.44 for 3,200m.
