XC: Competed in all five meets for the Dragons with personal bests in the 5k and 6k runs during the season...ran a 19:45.9 in the Dragon Twilight 5k...clocked a 23:56.7 in the 6k at the NSIC Cross Country Championships for the new personal best...placed 14th in the Jimmie Inviational 6k with a time of 24:44.7...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons during the indoor season in a variety of distance events...clocked a personal-best 3000m time of 10:49.98 at the Bison Team Cup, earning a runner-up finish...earned a new mile personal-best at the UND Open behind a time of 5:28.21...also set a new collegiate best in the 5000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic, clocking a 19:49.99...competed in the 5000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships, marking a finishing time of 20:06.87. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons in the 3000m steeplechase...competed in the steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, marking a 12:26.75 for a 18th-place finish...registered a new personal best in the event at the Gary Wilson Invitational, clocking a 12:02.07, which is the 10th-fastest in MSUM history...placed sixth in the steeplechase at the NDSU Spring Classic, running a 12:21.83...CSC Academic All-District Selection

XC: Had her top finish at the Dragon Twilight, finishing 17th with a 4k time of 15:11.7...set a new personal-best 6k time at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:10.9.
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Did not compete. 

Prep: All-conference honorable mention performer for Rogers High School in cross country in 2022...was also an all-conference honorable mention in the 4x800m relay in 2021...was team captain in 2022 and was named rookie of the year for cross country...also competed in Nordic ski and soccer.

Personal: Daughter of Sherry Traugott. Majoring in psychology.
