2012-13: Cross Country: Finished 7th at the Jamestown Invitational with a time of 28:14…finished 39th at the SDSU Classic with a season best time of 27:43.61, 4.1 seconds off his personal best…finished 48th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 27:52.9.
2011-12: Cross Country: Ran personal best in 8k at Randy Smith Invitational…finished 74th at NSIC Cross Country Championships.
2010-11: Member of the 2011: NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship team...ran the 800m leg of the distance medley relay team that won at the NSIC Indoor Championships earning him All-NSIC honors...also finished 4th in the 800m at the NSIC Indoor Championships...finished 58th at the NSIC Cross Country Championships.
2009-10: Ran the 1500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...red-shirted the indoor season...ran for the Dragon cross country team and competed at the NSIC Cross Country Championships.
2008-09: Ran the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Meet...competed on the 8th Place finishing distance medley relay team at the NSIC Indoor Championships...red-shirted the cross country season.
High School: Graduated from White Bear Lake High School...Minnesota State Meet cross country Qualifier...2-time All-Conference performer.
