2019: Earned All-NSIC Second Team honors with 12th place finish at NSIC Championships (10/26/19)...finished third at Wildcat Invite (9/27/19)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
2018: Finished fourth at Dragon Twilight with 7K time of 22:34.9...finished 24th at NSIC Championships (25:17.8)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.
2017: Sat out as a redshirt.
2016: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for third straight year; team finished 21st at national meet...had a season-high ninth-place finish at the Jimmie Invite with a time of 26:16...finished 40th at the conference meet with a time of 25:52.83.
Prep: Three-time state qualifier in cross country…also qualified for state in track and field…two-time all-conference selection…also an all-state selection…three-year letterwinner in track and field and cross country.
