Prep: Was team captain for McNeil High School as a senior, earning team MVP honors for three straight seasons...holds personal bests of 21:44 in the 5k, 6:17 in the mile, 2:31 in the 800m and 13:45 in the two-mile...also competed in basketball. 

Personal: Daughter of Carrie and Adrian Albarado. Majoring in exercise science.
