2018: Won the Dragon Twilight meet (9/7/18) with a 7K time of 22:19.3...finished second at NSIC Preview meet (25:25.7, 8K)...finished 18th at NSIC Championships to earn second-team all-conference honors...finished 42nd at Central Region championships.

2017: Had a standout sophomore year as the Dragons number two runner… earned second team all-conference at the NSIC Championships with a 13th-place finish…recorded a pair of runner-up finishes at the Dragon Twilight and the Jimmie Invitational…ran a personal best in the 8k (25:01) at the Jimmie invitational… capped the year off with a 42nd -place finish at the NCAA Central Region Championships.

2016: Helped Dragon men advance to nationals for third straight year; team finished 21st at national meet...finished 121st at national meet...earned All-NSIC second team honors after placing 14th at conference meet...had a season-high finish of fourth at the Jimmie Invite and added a ninth place finish at the Dragon Twilight.

Prep: A four-time state qualifier at Willmar High School. He is a four-time all-conference selection and a two-time all-state honoree...has career best times of 15:40 in the 5K, 9:47 in the 3,200, 4:37 in the 1,600, 2:04 in the 800 and 58 seconds in the 400.
