XC: Competed in five meets for MSUM with personal bests in the 5k and 6k throughout the year...ran a 20:12.4 in the Dragon Twilight 5k...clocked a 6k personal best of 24:37.6 at the NCAA Central Region Championships.
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season for the Dragons...set personal bests in the mile run (5:53.38) and the 3000m run (11:28.01)...finished 11th in the mile at the Bison Team Cup with a finishing time of 6:09.94. 
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Prep: Competed at the North Dakota State Class A Cross Country meet since she was a seventh grader...was a three-time all-conference runner in cross country at Bismarck High School...earned two all-state nods headlined by a state cross country team championship in 2023...was a member of the state's team runners-up in 2020...ran the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay during the track & field season...helped the Demons to a third place finish as a team at the 2023 North Dakota State Class A Track & Field Championships also competed in soccer.

Personal: Daughter of Angela and Brady Ness. Majoring in biology.
