Biography

2016: Started one game before being injured and missed rest of season...had two tackles.

2015: Played in seven games...recordied 11 tackles, including four solo stops.

2014: Sat out as a redshirt.

Prep: All-state two years in a row…all-conference selection for three straight years…three-time all-section selection…finished with 570 total career tackles (221 solo, 349 assisted) along with 14 interceptions, eight fumble recoveries, 11 forced fumbles…also rushed for 2,927 career yards and 41 touchdowns…grandfather, Tony, is in Dragon Sports Hall of Fame.

Personal: Son of Darla and Tony Thiel...undecided major...born April 10, 1996.
