Ross Danielson

Ross Danielson is in his fifth season as a member of the MSUM football coaching staff. Danielson works with the Dragon wide receivers after working with the offensive line and tight ends in 2011.

MSUM's offense set six single-game and six single-season records in 2014. Wide receiver Adam Jiskra was named to the All-NSIC North Division first team after leading the Dragons in receiving yards, receptions and receiving touchdowns last season.

Under Danielson's direction, sophomore receiver Adam Jiskra earned first-team All-NSIC North Division honors in 2013, while redshirt freshman Cory Ambrose set a new single-game record for receiving yards as MSUM posted one of the top offenses in the conference.

Danielson, a native of Bismarck, N.D., played football at North Dakota State, where he graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in English education and a minor in coaching.

Prior to coming to MSUM, Danielson coached under current Dragon head coach Steve Laqua at Fargo Shanley High School, helping Shanley to two consecutive state championships.

Danielson is working on his master's degree in curriculum and instruction with a technology emphasis at MSUM.
