Biography

2010: Starting right tackle…started all 11 games…he was a part of the seventh ranked conference pass offense.

2008: Started 10 games as a redshirt freshman and carried starting role into 2009.

2007: Redshirt.

Prep: Eight-time letter winner in football, wrestling and track at Apache Junction High School…played offensive and defensive lineman under Head Coach Don Brennan…awarded two-time all-region, first and second team All-4A I Conference and Arizona All-State team…two-time region champion in wrestling…placed third and first in Arizona state tournament in junior and senior seasons, respectively…discus region champion junior season…placed second at regions and fifth at Arizona state tournament in track.

Personal: Son of Ron Schmidt and Luanne Tourangeau…born Jan. 22, 1989…majoring in Business Management.
