Biography

2017: Appeared in 19 games with 14 starts at catcher...hit .308 in 13 at-bats with one RBI...had an on-base percentage of .400...only committed one error on the season...had a two-hit game against Concordia College (4/28/17)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.

2016:  Appeared in 11 games with four starts at catcher...hit .250 with a double and a run scored...on defense at the catcher position had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage...finished with 37 defensive put outs...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for spring season.

2015: Appeared in two games with two at-bats...provided depth at catcher position.

Prep: Four-year starter on varsity team...team captain...team MVP as a junior...part of four region championship teams...played for Smittys Terminators Softball out of Winnipeg...also lettered in basketball and volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Deborah and Faron Asham...exercise science major...born May 20, 1996...father is heavily involved in high performance for Baseball Manitoba and brother plays semi pro baseball in Australia.
