Indoor: Turned in strong marks as a true freshman, competing in eight meets for the Dragons...registered personal bests in all three throwing events throughout the season...had a top shot put mark of 40-08.75 (12.41m) at the NSIC Championships for a 12th place finish...had a top weight throw performance at the Cobber Open, tossing a 42-01.5 (12.84m)...also competed in discus at the UND Open, slinging a 120-01 (36.61m)...had three top ten finishes during the season. 
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Dragons in all four throwing events...set a new personal best javelin mark at the Al Cassell Classic, tossing a 120-11 (36.86m) to place fifth overall...also recorded a new hammer throw best at the NDSU Spring Classic, slinging a 124-0 (37.79m)...had a season best discus effort of 119-07 (36.44m) at the Al Cassell Classic, placing fourth overall...placed 15th in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a season best effort of 40-08.75 (12.41m)...also placed 20th (32.56m) in the javelin at the league meet. 

Prep: Was a two-year captain for the track & field team at Central Cass High School...was also a two-year captain on the basketball and volleyball teams...was a Southeast region champion in the shot put and was a member of two North Dakota state championship teams...also won a state championship in basketball in 2023...was a two-time all-region selection in basketball as well. 

Personal: Daughter of Sarah and Adam Cotton. Majoring in business administration.
