Biography
2014: Finished eighth in the shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships with a throw of 49-7 1/4 (3/1/14)....finished ninth in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/14) with a throw of 47-1 3/4...finished second in the shot put at the Beaver Twilight (indoors) with a toss of 46-10...named NSIC All-Academic during both indoor and outdoor seasons.
2013: Finished ninth in NSIC in three different events...was ninth in the discus (128-7) and shot put (46-5 1/2) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/11/13)...also was ninth in the shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships (47-11 1/4)...won shot put at Jack Johnson Classic (indoors) with a throw of 48-1 3/4...named NSIC All-Academic both indoors and outdoors.
2012: Won shot put at UMM Invite...finished 13th in event at NSIC Outdoor Championships.
Prep: Three-sport athlete for all four years of high school...part of section championship football team.
Personal: Son of Roger and Tammy Scheving...physics and astronomy major...born July 1, 1992.
