Indoor: Had a top shot put performance at the Dakota Alumni Classic where he tossed a 47'-08" to finish fifth...reset his career-best weight throw mark twice, throwing a 49'-06.5" at the Cobber Indoor Open to finish third...bested that mark with a 49'-07.25" at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, finishing seventh in the discus at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a top mark of 146-9 (44.73m)...set a new personal-best in the hammer throw at the conference meet with a mark of 160 (48.78m), the 10th-best hammer mark in school history...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.

2021-22: Competed in shot put and discus...finished 14th in the shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships...finished 15th in discus at NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2020-21: Finished eighth in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21)...best indoor finish was sixth in shot put...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019-20: Competed in shot put and weight throw indoors...threw a PR of 46-0 in shot put at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28/20)...PR weight throw of 45-0 1/2 came at UND Tune-Up (2/22/20)...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.

Prep: Two-time section qualifier in track…Most Valuable Thrower…all-conference…best throws of 147-0 in discus and 42-4 in shot put…five-year letterwinner.

Personal: Son of Michelle and Brenton Oie...pre-physical therapy major.
