XC: NSIC Newcomer of the Year and All-NSIC First Team following a seventh-place finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships...clocked a personal best time of 24:11.8 at the conference meet, which is now the fourth-fastest 8k in program history...also registered a new 10k personal best of 31:38 at the NCAA Central Region Championships, which is the ninth-best 10k run in school history...also ran a 6k personal best of 18:27.5 at the Dragon Twilight...finished third at the Jimmie Invitational behind an 8k time of 25:30.4. 
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Dragons, clocking new personal bests in the mile run (4:22.75) and the 3000m (8:39.69) during the season...finished in fourth place in the 5000m run at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 15:03.89, the eighth-fastest time in program history...also placed fifth in the 3000m at the conference meet with a time of 8:42.07.
Outdoor: All-NSIC in the 10,000m after a runner-up finish at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...clocked a personal best time of 31:23.16 at the conference meet to earn the placement with the time being the ninth-fastest in program history...also set a new personal best in the 5000m at the conference meet, placing sixth with a time of 14:46.05...the time becomes the seventh-fastest in program history...set a new personal best in the 1500m at the NDSU Spring Classic, placing sixth with a time of 4:04.39...had a pair of third-place finishes in the 5000m at both the USD Early Bird and the Gary Wilson Invitational. 

2023-24
XC: Did not compete. 
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Competed in two meets for MSUM...set a new personal best in the 5000m at the NDSU Tune-Up with a time of 15:53.67...also reset a new personal record in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, marking a 33:08.88. 

Prep: Ran cross country for two seasons for Bismarck Century High School, clocking a personal-best time of 16:31 for the Patriots...was also a two-year letterwinner in track & field where he held personal-bests of 9:54 in thr 3200m, 4:31 in the 1600m and 2:04 in the 800m...was an all-state performer in cross country and an all-conference performer in track & field...state qualifier in the 1600m and 3200m
