2016: Earned two All-NSIC honors in the outdoor season...won the Conference meet (5/13-5/14/16) in the 10,000m with a time of 30:24.05 while also placing second in the 5000m with a time of 15:00.23…finished sixth at the Ron Masanz Classic (5/7/16) in the 1,500m with a time of 4:01.86…finished fourth in 5,000 meters at NSIC Indoor Championships...Named to Spring All-Academic team.

2015: National qualifier in the 10,000 meters outdoors and finished 12th in 30:30.92 (5/21/15) at D2 Championships...NSIC outdoor champion in the 5,000 (14:40.42)...NSIC runner-up in 10,000 meters (31:14.38) to earn All-NSIC honors in two events..finished with two event wins on the season...named to NSIC All-Academic team in both indoor and outdoor seasons.

2014: Won two events during the indoor season...won the 5,000 meters at the Thundering Herd Classic (2/7/14) with a time of 15:28.17...won the 3,000 meters at the Cobber Duals (2/1/14) with a time of 9:05.19...named to NSIC All-Academic team in both indoor and outdoor seasons...redshirted outdoors.

2013: Earned All-NSIC honors in 10,000 meters after placing second at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/13) with a time of 31:17.21...won 5,000 meters at 15:33.58 at Al Cassell Relays (outdoor, 4/27/13)...won 5,000 meters at Cobber Open (indoors, 1/26/13) with a time of 15:18...placed seventh in 5,000 meters at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/13) with a time of 15:10.68.

Prep: Enjoyed solid distance running career at Barnes County North...holds school record in 1,600 and 3,200 meters...placed second at state meet in both events.
