XC: Competed in six meets for the Dragons with a top 6k time of 21:36.9 at the Dragon Twilight...ran a season-best 8k time of 28:13.9 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Ran the 3000m at the Mike Thorson Open, finishing eighth with a time of 10:09.49...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Outdoor: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team.
2021-22: Competed at the Al Bortke Open, finishing fifth in the 10,000 meter.
2020-21:Â Competed indoors...finished third twice...named to NSIC All-Academic Team.
2019-20:Â Ran the 5,000 meters at NSIC Indoor...ran 5K PR of 16:10.24 at SDSU Classic (2/14/20)...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.
Prep: 3200m Medalist at Nebraska State Track and Field Championships Four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track…best time of 16:37.9 in 5K cross country…best times of 4:33.53 at 1600m and 9:43.23 at 3,200m.
Personal: Son of Alexzandra and Chad Hayes...biology major.
