Biography

2012: Finished fourth in 3,000 meters at NSU/MSU Moorhead dual.

2011: Member of indoor and outdoor conference championship teams at MSUM....finished third in 1,000 meters at BSU Twilight.

Prep: Graduated from Moorhead High School:...participant at the 2009: Minnesota State cross country meet and also competed at the 2010: True Team State meet for the Spuds.

Personal: Son of Dragon Track Alumni Dave and Jane Sederquist...history/social studies education major...born April 5, 1991.
