2015: Did not compete in any events.
2014: Provided depth in the distance events...finished third in the 5,000 meters at the Al Cassell Relays (4/26/14) with a time of 20:12...was third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NSU Open with a time of 13:15.48 on 4/18/14...was fourth in the 5,000 meters at the Bison Open (2/15/14) on 19:44.54.
2013: Won the 5,000 meters at Al Cassell Relays (outdoor, 4/27/13) with a time of 19:41.57...was fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Bison Open (indoor, 2/9/13) with a time of 19:43.24.
Prep: Three-year team captain in cross country...part of conference championship team...part of state 4 x 800 relay team in track....four-year letterwinner in cross country and track.
Personal: Daughter of Randy and Luann Teige...biosciences major...born Sept. 15, 1993.
