2015: Continued to be as key part of distance corps...earned All-NSIC honors indoors after being part of the distance medley relay team that finished second at conference meet (2/28/15) in 12:07.89...also finished fifth in the 1,000 at NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:57.50...won the 1,500 at Masanz Classic (5/2/15) at 4:51.12...also won the 1,500 at Al Cassell Relays (outdoors, 4/25/15) after running a 4:56.58...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2014: Contributor in the distance events...won the 1,500 meters twice during the outdoor season...won the 1,500 at the Al Cassell Relays (4/26/14) with a time of 4:54.79...also won the event at the Northern State Open (4/18/14) with a time of 5:02.25...was second in the 1,500 at the Masanz Classic (5/3/14) with a season-best time of 4:48.01...during indoor season finished second in 1,000 meters at Cobber Duals with time of 3:03.48 (2/1/14)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013:  Won three events during the indoor season...won 800 meters (2:21.87) at Cobber Open and also was part of winning distance medley relay (12:48.67)...won 1,000 meters at Cobber Open with time of 3:06.39...was fourth in 1,000 meters at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/13) with time of 3:03.23.

Prep: Record holder in the 800 meters, medley relay and 4 x 800 relay...2012 track MVP...two-time cross country MVP...five-year letterwinner in both cross country and track.
