XC: Competed in the Jimmie Invitational, running a personal-best 8k time of 29:52.8...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets...clocked a season-best time of 1:56.92 in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships to finish 10th in the preliminaries...finished fifth in the 800m at the NDSU Tune-Up with a time of 1:57.92...NSIC All-Academic Team.

2021-22: Competed in the 800 and distance medley relay...finished eight in the distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships.

2020-21: Part of 4x400 relay that finished eighth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/14/21)...placed eighth in 800 at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21)...part of DMR that finished eighth at NSIC Indoor as well.

2019-20: Competed in the mid-distance indoors...Named to NSIC All-Academic team for indoor and outdoor seasons...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Won 800 at Cobber Open indoors (1/20/18) with time of 1:59.20...competed mainly in 800 and mile events...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for indoor and outdoor seasons.

Prep: Two-time captain in cross country…track captain in 2017…has a 1,600 personal best of 4:35…PR of 1:59.71 in 800…5K PR of 16:37.28.
