Biography

Prep: Was a three-year track & field fixture for Moorhead High School...holds personal best times of 11.07 in the 100m and 22.63 in the 200m...also logged a top long jump of 21-06.5...was voted most improved jumper in both 2024 and 2025...was named the most improved sprinter in 2025 as well...also competed in basketball and football. 

Personal: Son of Alicia and Josh Bement. Majoring in pre-medicine.
