Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Dragons in the 400m hurdles...had a top time of 1:14.10 at the Bison Open, earning her an eighth-place finish...had a top finish of fifth in the event at the Cobber Open, clocking a 1:14.77.

Prep: Was a full-time starter for three seasons a NRHEG Secondary School, including a senior season that saw her net 22 goals…was an all-conference performer as both a junior and senior, helping her team to two conference championships…also competed in track & field where she set the school record in the 300m hurdles and a state qualifier in the 100m and 300m hurdles.

Personal: Daughter of Michele and Larry Nydegger. Plans to major in physical therapy.
