2024-25
Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Dragons during the indoor season across a variety of sprints and relays...was a member of MSUM's All-NSIC distance medley relay team that finished runner-up at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships behind a time fo 10:11.42...was also a member of MSUM's 4x400m relay team that placed fifth at the conference meet...set a new indoor best in the 400m at the UND Open, clocking a 51.00....also set a new indoor best in the 60m at the SDSU Indoor Classic, sprinting a 7.26...was a member of MSUM's 4x400m relay team that collected event wins at the Bison Team Cup and the UND Open. 
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Dragons across a variety of sprints and relays...notched a new 200m personal best at the Al Bortke Open, marking a 22.78 to place seventh overall... registered a new 400m best at the Bison Open, placing fifth with a mark of 50.55...won the 400m at the Al Cassell Classic behind a time of 52.26..was a member of MSUM's 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that placed fifth and seventh respectively at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.…NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2023-24
Indoor: Competed in one meet during the indoor season...set personal-bests in the 60m (7.35) and the 200m (24.15) at the Dakota Alumni Classic...was also a member of MSUM's 4x400m relay team that finished fourth at the same meet. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets with a personal best 400m time of 52.16 set at the UMary Classic, which led to an eighth place finish...also finished eighth in the 400m at the Al Cassell Classic with a time of 52.98...ran on MSUM's 4x400m relay team that placed fourth at the USD Early Bird. 

Prep: Holds personal-bests of 10.88 in the 100m, 22.34 in the 200m and 50.68 400m while at Central Cass High School...holds school records in the indoor 60m, 200m, 400m, 4x200m relay, 4x400m relay and the outdoor 100m and 400m...was an eight-time North Dakota state placewinner in his career.
