2019: Part of 4x400 relay that finished eighth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/11/19) with time of 3:24.86...part of DMR that finished seventh at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/22/19) with time of 10:38.80.
2018: Competed in distance events outdoors...redshirted during indoor season.
Prep: Two-time all-state selection in cross country…three-time all-conference in track…three-time all-section…also three time all-conference in cross country…two-time team captain in cross country as well. Personal best times of 4:31.71 at 1600m and 16:16.49 at 5,000m.
