Note: Also a member of MSUM men's cross country team.
2018: Competed outdoors in the distance events.
2017: Saw limited action in 2017… ran an indoor personal best of 9:06.49 in the 3000m at the Cobber Duals.
2016: Finished second at the Cobber Twilight (4/26/16) in the 5,000m with a time of 15:48.71...capped off the season with a ninth-place finish in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships...did not compete indoors.
2015: Competed outdoors and had a runner-up finish in the 5,000 meters at the Al Cassell Relays (4/25/15) with a time of 16:51.95.
Prep: Team MVP in cross country...two-time all-conference selection...team captain...three-time all-conference selection in track.
