2017: Two-time All American: once in the mile with an eight place finish at the national meet and once in the 1,500 with a seventh place finish at the national meet… NSIC Outdoor champion in the 1,500M… took a pair of runner ups finishes at the Indoor NSIC Championship in the mile and the 1,000M… ran a personal best of 4:09.47 in the mile… recorded four season wins...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2016: NSIC Indoor Champion in the 1,000 meters with a winnning time of 2:30.56...also earned All-NSIC honors in the mile by placing third at 4:20.15...NSIC Outdoor Champion in the 800, winning event with time of 1:56.89...also earned All-NSIC honors in 1,500 outdoors with a time of 3:58.93...earned NSIC All-Academic honors for winter and spring seasons.

2015: Had a solid season in the distance events...at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/26/15) placed fourth in the 1,000 with a time of 2:34.53, which was a season-best...at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/8/15), placed fifth in the 800 with a time of 1:55.62...placed seventh at the 1,500 at NSIC Outdoor Championships as well.

Prep: Part of Moorhead HS team that placed second at Class AA state meet in 2010...cross country MVP...team captain in both track and field and cross country....lettered five times in both sports.
