Also a member of the MSUM women's cross country team.
2013: Ran a career-best 2:32.71 in the 800-meter run to place second at Cobber Twilight during outdoor season (4/29/13)...also was second in 1,500 meters at Al Cassell Relays (outdoors, 4/27/13)...part of distance medley relay team that finished seventh at NSIC Indoor Championships (time of 13:12.08).

2012: Won the mile at the NSU/MSU Moorhead dual (indoors) with a time of 5:45.70...named to NSIC All-Academic team.
2011: Had season-best fifth-place finish indoors in mile at Bison Open.
Prep: Four-time state qualifier in cross country...team captain in track and cross country in 2009-10...four-year letterwinner in cross country and track.
Personal: Daughter of Don and Kay Litch...exercise science major with a psychology minor...born March 31, 1992.
