2022-23
Indoor: Was a member of two All-NSIC performing relay teams, helping the Dragons to a runner-up finish in the 4x400m relay...was also a member of the record-breaking distance medley relay team that took home a conference championship with an NSIC record time of 9:55.26...had a top 200m time of 22.54 at the UND Open...had a season-best 400m time of 49.49 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor: All-NSIC performer as a part of MSUM's 4x400m relay team that finished runner-up at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...ran a personal-best 49.19 in the 400m at the conference meet, his third time setting a new career-best in the event...had a season-best 200m time of 21.12 at the Al Bortke Open to finish seventh overall...was a member of the 4x400m relay team that collected event wins at both the Al Bortke Open and the Ron Masanz Classic. 

2021-22: Ran various sprints for MSUM...competed on MSUM's 4x400 relay team during the indoor season...won the 600 at the UND Tune-Up...placed eighth in the 400 at the NSIC Indoor Championships...placed third in the 400 at the Ron Masanz Classic. 

2020-21: Part of 4x400 relay that finished sixth at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/21) with time of 3:28...finished eighth in 400 at NSIC Indoor as well...part of several relays that had top three finishes.

2019-20: Part of 4x400 relay that finished fifth at NSIC Indoor Championships in 3:26.79 (2/29/20)...won 600 meters at UND Indoor Open in 1:26.84 (2/1/20)...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.

Prep: 2017 and 2018 U18 boys 4x400m CARIFTA Games silver medalist…Track and Field Team Captain, 2015, 2016 and 2019 Bahamas Association of Independent Secondary Schools team champions…best times of 49.2 at 400m, 1:58.2 at 800m, and 22.51 at 200m.
