2015: Part of winning 4x400 relay at NSIC Outdoor Championships (3:15.27) on 5/8/15...competed at national indoor championships in the 4x400 and finished 11th (3:15.74)...part of winning distance medley relay team (10:20.93) at NSIC Indoor Championships...part of five winning relays on the season...finished with three All-NSIC honors overall after placing third indoors in the 400 at conference indoor championships...won the 400 at the Northern State open.

2014: Part of winning 4x400 relay team at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/14) that won with a time of 3:14.48...also placed seventh in the 400 at that conference meet...won the 400 meters at the Cobber Twilight Outdoor (4/22/14) with a time of 49.20...part of four winning relays on the season.

2011-12 and 2012-13: Competed at American River College...ran the 400-meter dash in 48.09 and was part of 4x4 relay that ran time of 3:13.

Prep: Named all-state as part of 4x4 relay...team MVP...ran personal-best time of 49.01 in 400-meter dash...National Scholar Athlete...three-year letterwinner in track and field...also two-year letterwinner in football.
