Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Dragons, primarily in high jump...had a top clearance of 5-1.75 (1.57m) during the season...cleared 5-1 (1.55m) at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships. 
Outdoor: Competed in two meets for the Dragons, registering an MSUM best in the high jump at the Bison Open...cleared 5-02.25 (1.58m) to finish seventh overall at the meet...competed in high jump at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, clearing 4-11.75 (1.52m).

Before MSUM: Spent the 2023-24 season competing at Dickinson State University where she was a two-time all-conference honoree for the Blue Hawks...registered a top high jump of 5-04.25 at the UMary Classic, a mark which is also her personal best...competed for Northern State during the 2022-23 campaign, collecting season bests in high jump (5-01.75), javelin (103-01) and triple jump (30-07.5)

Prep: Competed for Wahpeton High School where she held a personal best high jump of 5-01...led her team in overall field points as well. 

Personal: Daughter of Tiffany and Christian Bladow. Majoring in psychology.
