2024-25
Indoor: Competed in eight meets for the Dragons in a variety of throwing events...collected new indoor bests in both the weight throw (13.97m) and the shot put (13.13m)...the top shot put toss came at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships and earned her a ninth-place finish overall...the throw is also the sixth-best indoor shot put in MSUM history...finished fifth in the shot put at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a throw of 40-05.5 (12.33m)...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Dragons in a variety of throwing events...competed in shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, placing eighth with a throw of 43-08 (13.31m)...registered a new personal best in the shot put at the Viking Twilight, earning an event win with a top toss of 43-09.75 (13.35m)...the mark comes in as the fourth-best shot put in MSUM outdoor history...also won the shot put at the Al Cassell Classic with a throw of 40-05 (12.32m)...had a top hammer throw performance at the Al Bortke Open, slinging a personal best 135-10 (41.40m)...had a season-best discus effort at the Viking Twilight, hurling a 123-02 (37.54m) to place third overall...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.

2023-24
Indoor: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season...set a personal-best in the shot put at the Dakota Alumni Classic with a top toss of 40-01.25 (12.22m) to finish sixth overall...registered a personal-best in weight throw at the Cobber Indoor Open with a mark of 44-11 (13.69m) to finish runner-up...also placed fifth in shot put at the same meet...finished 12th in shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 39-07.25 (12.07m). 
Outdoor: Competed in six meets for the Dragons and continually improved throughout the season...registered a personal best in the shot put at the UMary Classic with a toss of 42-3.5 (12.89m) to place fourth...the mark is the sixth-best outdoor shot put in school history...also set a personal best in the discus with a throw of 128-4 (39.13m) at the NDSU Tune-Up...marked a hammer throw personal best at the Al Cassell Classic with a hurl of 130-02 (39.67m)...had seven top ten finishes across shot put, discus and hammer throw during the year.

Prep: Had top marks of 39-03 in the shot put and 118-11 in the discus at Osakis Public School...placed seventh in the shot put at the state meet in 2021...finished fourth in the shot put and seventh in the discus at the state meet as a senior in 2022...was named the team's most valuable field athlete for two consecutive seasons. 

Personal: Daughter of Melissa and Cory Kranz. Majoring in physical education.
