XC: Did not compete...NSIC All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Did not compete. 

2022-23
XC: Had a top 6k mark of 20:06.3 set at the Dragon Twilight...ran a 28:11.4 in the 8k at the Mystic-Marauder Invite to set a new collegiate best.
Indoor: Won the 800m at both the Mike Thorson Open (2:01.29) and the Cobber Indoor Open (2:05.90)...had a personal best time of 1:57.65 in the 800m, set at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets...ran a personal-best time of 1:57.19 in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...finished fourth in the 800m at the Al Bortke open with a mark of 1:57.80.

Prep: Part of 4x800 relay that finished sixth at state…also placed ninth in 800m run at state…Coaches Award winner…four-year letterwinner in cross country where he earned Most Dedicated and Most Improved Honors. 2022 NDHSAA State Qualifier in the 800m. Personal best time of 1:58.60 in the 800.
