Biography
2012: Won the long jump, 110-meter hurdles, 400-meter hurdles and took third in triple jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships to share Men’s High Performance Honors…set conference outdoor record in 110-meter hurdles…qualified for outdoor national championships in two events…won heptathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships…finished third in long jump at NSIC Indoor Championships…earned four All-Central Region honors…earned All-American honors in heptathlon.
2011: Named NSIC Field Athlete of the Year…won 110-meter high hurdles at NSIC Outdoor Championships…won heptathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships with 5,005 points.
2010: Won 60-meter hurdles at NSIC Indoor Championships…named NSIC Indoor Newcomer of the Year.
Prep: Competed at Brooklyn Center High School.
